EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges will be produced if there is stock available.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • If the product you received is damaged you have the possibility to enter a claim by sending an email at this address onestsociable@labriqueterie.co . First we will examine the product and then make everything necessary to repair it or remedy the fault. If it's not possible to repair or replace your purchase a refund procedure will be engaged.

  • Thank you for attaching a picture to your email as it could accelerate the process.

  • When we have received your product and your claim is approved we will inform you about the situation and the new or repaired product will be sent to you at our cost.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • For pre-order it could vary from 2 to 3 months in general which corresponds to the time required for production.

  • Once we received the production, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days in France and 3 to 14 days depends on the destination.

  • When an order is shipped a tracking number is communicated to you via email.
